LOL he ruined my OTP so he must be a Sue!!11

Some people really have no idea what a Mary Sue is, huh? They automatically label a character that they dislike (or that ruined their OTP!!111) as a Sue. LAWL.

Obligatory Academy Awards® entry

I dedicate this awards to my dear Tipp… TeeJay!

Next stop: Nobel Peace Prize ♥ ♥ ♥

-All the Al Gore love made my feel warm and fuzzy inside! And Leonardo DiCaprio and George Clooney totally want of piece of Al! Leo's intense mancrush on Al Gore was all kinds of adorable.♥
-SCORSESE! ♥ Long overdue but The Departed was amazing and I'm glad he actually won for a deserving movie. No, it isn't the best movie he's ever made but it's fantastic and I'm glad it won so much, especially directing and screenplay.
-This year's travesties: Pan's Labyrinth not winning Best Foreign movie and Jennifer Hudson winning for best supporting actress. Fail.
-having said that, I'm glad Eddie Murphy did not win for supporting actor. He didn't deserve it. I wanted Djimon to win but I'm fine with Alan Arkin taking it.
-Yay for The Departed winning best picture. It was actually good and deserving of it, unlike Crash.
-Helen Mirren is such a beautiful and classy lady. I wish I look that good when I'm 61. Love the fact that she was the object of Will Farrell and Jack Black's fanboying.
-Gael Garcia Bernal and Diego Luna are so married. Srsly.
-the the Academy still fails for not showing more love for Alfonso Cuaron, who's far superior than half of the people that were nominated.
-actually, the Academy fails badly for so many other things, namely snubbing Good Night, and Good Luck last year and giving the Oscar to Crash. (Yes, I will never get over it. Ever.)
-In conclusion, Al Gore pwns you all.

Usually, I use YouTube to watch anime series online, and I was confident I was going to find certain series uploaded on YouTube; however, my assumption was incorrect; therefore, I ask, can anyone direct me to sites where I can find anime series to download? The series I'm searching for is Gankutsuou - The Count of Monte Cristo and since I don't know where to look for series to download I haven't been able to find it anywhere. I wanted to ask over at the Gankutsuou community but the members are the type that tell you, "lol, I know where you can get it... at Best Buy or Amazon :D", so, no. So, I would appreciate any type of help. 8D

Twisted Fairy Tales, ftw!

My mother is going out of town once again, which means we'll have to survive on ramen and cereal for another week or so. D: I'll be getting my check soon so perhaps I can eat out sometime!

Or not. Like hell I'm gonna spend my check on food. Like hell.

I've always known that some of the original versions of fairy tales that we all know are significantly darker then the versions we were told when we were younger. So, reading Kaori Yuki's version of these tales, done in her typical beautiful yet completely fucked up way in her series, Ludwig Kakumei? Yay! ♥

How Little Red Riding Hood truly got her red hood (well, according to Kaori Yuki) )

Oh. Oh, heard about Kobato! Gah, TRC what? I want my Kobato and HOLiC, now! ♥ And Fujimoto, too, please?

still unimpressed

I think I will be taking a break from Tsubasa and just wait until a considerably amount of chapters accumulate to read them all in one sitting. Clearly the current arc's entire purpose is to emphasize Sakura's strong will and angst, both of which I could care less about because, frankly, I still find her character utterly uninteresting; therefore, wake me up either once they reach Celes or when X!Quartet reappears.

HOLiC still pwns my soul, though. AND YOUR SOUL, TOO! ♥ ♥ ♥

i wanna nap! D8

People that stroke the ego of bad writers and encourage them to write more horribly written porn (and flood a fandom with so many mediocre writers with even more crap) need to be banned from the Interwebz, srsly.

OH BUT HEY MY BOYFRIEND AL GORE IS NOMINATED FOR THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE! AND I DON'T CARE IF YOU LAUGH ABOUT THE FACT THAT I HATE A CRUSH ON AL GORE AND THAT I ENVY TIPPER GORE LIKE WHOA. TREE HUGGERS ARE HOT, OKAY?

Clearly, I need some sleep. But I do have a crush on Al Gore. Srsly.

...LOL, semi-naked Harry Potter!

Harry Potter Daniel Radcliffe as you've never seen him before.

He's only a couple of months younger than me yet I feel like the cops are gonna bust in the house anytime now and arrest me for child pornography. D:

{ofelia}

My mother told me to be wary of Fauns.

Words cannot adequately describe just how absolutely brilliant Pan's Labyrinth was. Oh, I was so utterly emotional that I couldn't speak for a couple minutes once it was over. Truly breathtakingly beautiful and poignant film.

I'm so sleep deprived that not even a year long nap would allow me to recover properly.

Really, I’m all tingly inside; Madame Speaker of the House - oh, what a sweet sound!

The delight generated by the both the mere sight of Nancy Pelosi sitting next to Lucifer Dick Cheney, right behind Bush, and the fact that she received a long-lasting standing ovation while being addressed as Madame Speaker of the House, made Bush's same old regurgitated speech seem somewhat bearable. Indeed, for once I actually resisted the incessant urge to completely turn off the TV (and angst, angst, angst)! Truly a commendable achievement, I think.

I have to ponder, though, has any of the attendees ever suffered from clapping-induced hand numbness?
